Refund policy

The Gilded Antler will accept returns within 20 days after the purchase date. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all tags attached. All purchases are returned for store credit only

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thegildedantlerboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return conditions:

*Any sale item is a final sale (no return).

*If the item has been reduced more than 25% it is a final sale item (no return).

* Bodysuits and Undergarments such as bralettes are final sale (no return).

*Accessories are final sale (no return).

*All original tags must be still attached to be returned.

*** If any item is returned that does not meet the qualifications, we will not give you store credit, and it will be returned to you.

** The Gilded Antler does not credit you shipping cost.

 

IF you are retuning Shoes

They must be in their original box and packaging, undamaged.

They must be in the condition they were received in.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to return to us. Then up to 10 days to process your return for store credit.

You will be emailed with a 1 time code of your store credit.
